一、采购账号：采购监管、集中采购代理机构、采购单位的账号，只能在1个平台使用，一般不涉及跨平台的情况。

二、供应账号：供应商、社会中介代理机构、评审专家的账号，如在多个省份开展业务，则情况如下。

1.在同一个平台的多个省开展业务，使用同一个账号，无需重新注册。

2.在不同的平台开展业务，一般需要重新注册账号。
